Refund and Returns Policy

As most of our items are bespoke custom items we do not allow returns on these items. Large items in our shop along with any items created with our Configurator qualify as bespoke custom made items and therefore can not be returned.

Small items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item as long as they are in pristine condition and still in it’s original packaging.
